We want you to love your new mattress from Mattress Superstore. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange of any unused stocked item with original packaging within 30 days of delivery upon presentation of the original invoice.
If you don't have your original invoice, government photo identification must be presented and match the name of the individual in our system who made the original purchase. Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment once the item has been returned to Mattress Superstore (credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account) .
Please note that shipping, delivery, assembly & installation charges are non-refundable and if you are unable to bring the item back yourself and live in our local delivery area then an additional $99 local pick up charge will apply.

-Special Custom Orders
-Clearance and Floor Model items sold As-is
-Mattress Superstore gift cards
-Any product that has been altered or modified from its original manufacturers specifications.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the comfort of your new mattress within 30 nights, you may one time exchange the mattress for a new one of equal or greater value.
Please note this is not a warranty issue and rather a comfort preference so transportation charges to deliver the new mattress and pick up your original are not included. Please ask one of our Sleepologists for complete details.
Please also note you are required to have purchased and used one of our Premium Mattress Protectors at the time of sale in order to qualify for this service. Our Mattress Comfort Guarantee will not be available if your original mattress is found to be dirty, stained or misused in any way.
