- How much is your delivery charge?
For any purchase up to $999 (sub total amount before taxes, finance or delivery fees) We offer local in-home Delivery and assembly of unlimited items for one low, flat delivery fee of $50 within our local area. Please ask one of our Sleepologists for complete details.

- What is considered your Local Trade Area?
Our local trade area is Edmonton and the surrounding areas of Sherwood Park, Leduc, Beaumont, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Devon, Nisku, Ardrossan Or any residence that is within a 40 kilometre radius of our store address which is 3915 99 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta.
*Please note there is an additional $25 fee for deliveries to Fort Saskatchewan and Stony Plain.
- How much does is cost for delivery outside the local trade area?
Please call one of our Sleepologists at (780) 430-1998 and they would be happy to quote you an exact fee.
- Is assembly and set up Free?
Yes, there is no extra cost for assembly if required and set up of your new mattress and or bed frame if you choose our delivery option. If you choose to pick up then you will have to self assemble your items at home, if assembly is required.
- Do you take away all of the packaging after assembly?
Yes! Leave everything to us. We will remove all of the packaging, clean & vacuum the area where we worked so you'll never even know we were there. Whatever the purchase—frame, mattress, pillows— those that choose the delivery option will see the super delivery team provide in-home set up, and they’ll even take away all packaging materials and vacuum the new mattress top (for any factory threads, packing foam bits, etc). We’ll set up everything, so all you have to do is enjoy your new bed.
- Do you take old Mattresses away?
Yes but please note a $30 per piece removal fee will apply if you would like us to remove your old mattress and foundation.
For health and hygienic reasons, we also require your old mattress to be put in a plastic bag and the bag be taped closed prior to our delivery team's arrival.
If you do not have a plastic bag, Mattress Superstore has mattress bags for sale that you may purchase at the time of purchase.
Please indicate to your Sleepologist at the time of sale if you would like to have your old mattress removed and they will make the appropriate notation on the delivery manifest for the drivers.
- What happens to my old mattress when you take it away?
If your old mattress is in good condition, we will donate it to a local charity to help someone in need otherwise it will go to the Recycling Station.
- Are the delivery people going to call before they get here?
Our Super Delivery team will call you 30 minutes prior to arrival at your home.
- Will you guys take the mattress upstairs for me?
Yes! Our Super Delivery Team will take items up stairs as long as there is sufficient clearance.
- Do you ship to the USA?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to the USA at this time.
- Can I pay for my product on line?
At this time our website is not designed to accept payments online. To request additional information on a product or place an order, please call 780-430-1998 or email us at info@mattresssuperstore.ca.
- Do you sell used matresses?
No! We only sell brand new top quality mattresses from the most reputable brands in the industry.
- What types of credit cards or payment methods do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac (Debit), Mattress Superstore Credit Card or Gift Card as well as Cash.
- Do you offer financing?
Yes we offer a variety of easy pay finance plans. Please visit our store for details.
- What are the measurements of each size mattress?
Throughout the mattress industry there are standard mattress sizes which are Twin or Single, Twin XL, Full or Double, Full XL, Queen, California King and King. Each mattress measures (LxW):
- Twin 39” x 75”
- Twin XL 39” X 80”
- Full 54” X 75”
- Full XL 54” x 80”
- Queen 60” X 80”
- Cal King 72” X 84”
- King 76 X 80”

- When is my child ready for an adult size bed?
The transition from a crib to a bed is a big step for children. Due to the danger of injury from a crib, it is encouraged to switch to an adult size bed as soon as a child begins to climb out of the crib, or once a child reaches 35 inches in height.
Most children move from crib to bed between the ages of two and three years old.
