Our Super Delivery Team of courteous, conscientious and experienced professionals will be delivering your furniture. Guaranteed 3 Hour delivery Window or it's FREE We appreciate that your time is valuable.

NO one likes to wait around all day for delivery so You will be called the morning of your scheduled delivery date to confirm a 2-3 hour delivery window. In addition, on the day of delivery, our super delivery team will call you 30-60 minutes prior to arriving at your home. It's really important we a get a hold of you so please ensure we have the right delivery contact information with telephone or cell numbers at the time of sale. We guarantee your order will be delivered within a designated 3-hour delivery window.

Our local delivery area is any residence within a 40 kilometres radius from our store address. Please note these delivery options are for Mattress Superstore only. For Furniture Superstore options and delivery rates CHECK HERE

We offer either Front Door Step drop off or our Premium Red Carpet in-home Delivery and assembly of unlimited items for one low, flat delivery fee within our local area. Please ask one of our Sleepologists for complete details.

If you require any assistance please give us a call and we will be more than happy to help you out. If you fall outside of our local delivery area, No Problem! Free Pick UP at Store

We also offer immediate same-day pickups at our retail location at the time of purchase. You may take your new mattress with you the moment you buy and enjoy it immediately. Should you wish to pick up your new mattress on another day that's more convenient after your purchase - No Problem! Just ask any one of our Sleepologists and they will be happy to help you arrange.

Please note we recommend you bring straps and some extra help to tie down the mattress and pieces you're picking up. If required, and for your convenience we can supply you with complimentary tie down rope and even help you load the items but cannot secure them. Mattress Superstore can not be held liable for any damages that may occur to your vehicle or your merchandise during this process.

The Final Touch

Mattress Superstore offers a Red Carpet Delivery service in Edmonton and surrounding areas. Whatever the purchase—frame, mattress, bedroom sets — those that choose this delivery option will see the super delivery team provide in-home set up, and they’ll even take away all packaging materials and vacuum the new mattress top (for any factory threads, packing foam bits, etc) before removing the old mattress for donation or recycling. We’ll set up everything, so all you have to do is enjoy your new bed.

Please note a $30 per piece removal fee will apply if you would like us to remove your old mattresss and foundation. For health and hygienic reasons, we also require your old mattress to be put in a plastic bag and the bag be taped closed prior to our delivery team's arrival. If you do not have a plastic bag, Mattress Superstore has mattress bags for sale that you may purchase at the time of sale. Please indicate to your Sleepologist at the time of purchase if you would like to have your old mattress removed and they will make the appropriate notation on the delivery manifest for the drivers. If your old mattress is in good condition, we will donate it to a local charity to help someone in need otherwise it will go to the Recycling Station.
